The department of oil and gas wells drilling
Department of "Oil and gas business" is organized by the order of the Branch "On the improvement of the structure of the Branch" of 23.08.2007 № 221-p. In 2013. according to the order of the Branch "On the restructuring of the branch" of October 29, 2013. No. 22-t was divided into two departments: the Oil and Gas Business- Drilling and the Development of Oil, Gas and Gas Condensate Fields. In 2017 on the basis of the decision of the extended meeting of Council No. 1 of 8.09.17. The branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M.Gubkin in Tashkent city was renamed into the department "Drilling of oil and gas wells".
The department of "Oil and gas wells drilling" refers to the number of graduating bachelors in specialty 21.03.01 "Drilling of oil and gas wells".
The main goal of the department is to ensure effective management of educational and scientific activities, implementation of basic and additional educational programs. The management of the department plans educational and scientific work, organizes and controls its implementation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Internal Regulations of the Branch.
The educational process is carried out according to curricula developed in accordance with the established procedure on the basis of state educational standards.
The department closely cooperates with the Department of Oil and Gas Well Drilling of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) named after I.M. Gubkin in Moscow.
