Required documents
Accepting the documents starts from June 15, 2020.
Documents are accepted on the on-line mode.

To participate in the entrance tests, applicants submit to the admission commission of the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent the following documents (documents are submitted in electronic form):
1. A document of state standard on education (certificate of secondary education, diploma of secondary and vocational education).
Persons willing to receive a second higher education shall submit a diploma of higher education to the admission commission.
2. Passport copy.
3. Photo 3х4 cm (color photo, on a white background, format jpg, protocol view).
4. Application (completed form)*
* The applicant fills out the application form on the official website of the Branch https://gubkin.uz (tab for the Applicant / Required documents) (https://gubkin.uz/ru/sveden/neobhodimye-dokumenty), fills it in and sends a package of documents to the e-mail of the admission commission priem-2020@gubkin.uz
After checking and registering the received documents, the applicant receives an SMS notification about the receipt of documents indicating the registration number of the personal file to the phone number indicated by the applicant in the application.
An applicant can apply for only 1 direction of preparation!

Entrance tests and education at the Branch are delivered in Russian.
Examination sheets will be issued to applicants on the day of the exam upon submission of a passport and registration number.
Taking into account the sanitary and epidemiological situation, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, works of applicants will not be reviewed.

During consultations and entrance tests, applicants must be wearing face masks, gloves and have an antibacterial sanitizer with them. In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19, if an applicant has a fever or doesn’t feel well, an applicant will be suspended from participation in consultations and entrance tests.
