Social partnership as a guarantee of labor rights

Social partnership as a system of relationships between employees and the employer, aimed at ensuring the coordination of the interests of the Branch.

The Trade Union Committee of the Branch, along with monitoring compliance by the employer with social workers and the employer on the regulation of labor relations. In this system of relations, the most important role is played by the Trade Union Committee - the labor rights of workers and exercises public control over the observance by the collective of labor legislation.

A general meeting of the labor collective has been held in order to get acquaintance with the amendments to the “Ethical Rules of Conduct for Employees of the Branch of Russian State University (NRU) of Oil and Gas named after. I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent” in the Branch. In addition, the team was acquainted with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 14, 2022, No. 595 “On additional measures to ensure compliance with ethical rules by public civil servants”. It was emphasized that in accordance with the internal order of the Branch dated October 24, 2022 No. 202-p, the personal and payroll of the Commission for Compliance with the Code of Ethics in the Branch was approved.

The Chairman of the Trade Union Committee N. Muratova emphasized that each employee of the Branch must carry out his professional activities on the basis of the principles of legality, loyalty to the Motherland and devotion to duty, strict observance of performance discipline, priority of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens, honesty and impartiality, intolerant attitude towards corruption situations and in the fight against them.

In addition, issues of compliance by employees with ethical rules of conduct outside of business hours, relations with the public, representatives of the media, and appearance have been considered.
