In order to expand mutually beneficial cooperation with universities of the republic, develop education and research potential aimed at improving the quality of training of demanded, highly qualified specialists for various fields of activity, memorandums have been signed between the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin in Tashkent, the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan and the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

This trilateral cooperation contributes to the establishment of priority areas of moral education activities and educational work with young people, the formation in the minds of a healthy worldview, the principles of goodness and humanism, respect for the values ​​of life, truth, creativity, protection of the interests of the country, religion, the implementation of joint measures aimed at widely popularizing the idea of ​​“From national revival - to national progress”.
